Is recommended to be used when your antenna will be mounted outdoors to prevent moisture from getting into the connection. You could choose to wrap Electrical tape around the connection before the Coax-Seal to prevent the moldable plastic from melting into the connection over time in the hot sun. This piece of tape is cut to two inches and as it is placed on the connection, it will be stretched. Please be sure your antenna has been mounted before placing the tape. For demonstration purposes this antenna hasnt been attached to a pole and only has a mounting bracket. The Antenna Cable has been firmly attached as yours will need to be. Peel off the backing carefully as the tape can stick to itself. You are going to want to stretch out the beginning parts, and align it with the bottom of the connec
