you know you could edit a pdf directly in onenote say youve got a test that you want students to complete when you usually add a pdf by dragging and dropping inserting as a printout theres no way to actually write on the pdf itself however if you control or right click and select set picture as background you can then right on top you can even head over to draw select the pen tool and then students can answer your test directly in one note
