Edit a PDF Go to File Open. Find the PDF and open it (you might have to select Browse and find the PDF in a folder). Word tells you that its going to make a copy of the PDF and convert its contents into a format that Word can display. After your edits, you save it as a Word doc or a PDF.
Open the Word document you want to add the PDF to. Click Insert Object Create from File. Browse for the PDF you want to insert. Click Okay.
Resolution. While the PDF may be image based, Microsoft Word may not fully understand our clipboard formatting, thus these files cannot often be directly copied back and forth, there are however, workarounds. What you can do, is use the Snapshot Tool, available on the Home tab.
Highlight and copy the image. To save an image from a PDF, simply open the document and click on the image you want to extract. Once highlighted, right-click on the image and select Copy. Then, open your favorite document or image processor, and paste the copied image into it.
Heres how: Open your Word document in MS Word. Click on the Insert tab. Select Object, and then select Text from File. Select the PDF you wish to insert into the current Word document. Press and hold down the Ctrl button to select more than one document. Click on OK.
How to convert PDF files into Word documents: Open a PDF file in Acrobat. Click on the Export PDF tool in the right pane. Choose Microsoft Word as your export format, and then choose Word Document.
