Hey this is Jennifer from 123 Form Builder and in this short video I will show you how to insert a scanned electronic signature in the Mac OS Preview tool. Lets do this! Open your document in Preview select the SIGNATURE button from the toolbar, if you have already added a signature to your Preview all you will need to do now is pull it up from the tool. If you have not already done so, you can click on CREATE SIGNATURE and choose any of the following options: if you have a trackpad you can use your finger to sign your name, when done simply press any key on the keyboard. To add your trackpad signature to the PDF file click on the SIGNATURE button again and select it. Adjust it as needed. If you have a built-in camera you can sign your name on a white sheet of paper and hold it up to the camera. Keep in mind that you will have to use black ink for this to work.
