The quickest way to enter a page break using the keyboard is to simply press Ctrl+Enter. Word dutifully adds the page break and you can continue typing away. If you later want to remove the page break, place the insertion point directly before the break and press the Delete key.
Always force a page break before a paragraph Select the paragraph that you want to follow the page break. On the Home tab in Word, or on the FORMAT TEXT tab in an Outlook email, select the Paragraph Dialog Box launcher . Select the Line and Page Breaks tab. Under Pagination, select Page break before. Select OK.
Send a file Touch and hold the file, then tap Share. Tip: To send a smaller version of the file, tap Compress before you tap Share. Then touch and hold the compressed version of the file (identified as a zip file), and tap Share. Choose an option for sending (for example, AirDrop, Messages, or Mail), then tap Send.
