So click Browse my computer, upload the PDF that we saved earlier and click Open. Now youll see that it has imported our PDF and Ill click confirm. Now, were going to insert a submit button on our PDF form. So go over to this palette on the left side and click on the button icon. Youll see this crosshair, click and drag to create a button. Youll see the button properties here. Go over to the Actions tab and change the action for this button to Submit a Form. For the URL, you can put your email address or the email address that you want the completed form to be sent to. And thats it! Now you can save your document.
