I get a preview of the image in the Attach Image dialog as well as options for Insertion point, Scale, and Rotation. Ill accept the defaults, and click Ok. Ill select here for the Insertion point and drag to size the image appropriately for my drawing. Now I have a nice image of the building elevation for my presentation.
