You cannot edit contacts stored in server-side address lists, such as the Global Address List, directly from within Outlook. You can only do so for contacts in your own Contacts folder.
Create an email signature Sign in to Outlook.com and select Settings. View all Outlook settings at the top of the page. Select Mail Compose and reply. Under Email signature, type your signature and use the available formatting options to change its appearance. Select Save when youre done.
Adding Contacts to an Existing Group: Click on Add Members and choose From Address Book. Now enter the new users to be added to the Contact Group in the Members space again separated by semicolons. Then click ok to add them into the contact group.
Make sure the Contact folder is enabled as an email address book. To do this, right-click the Contacts folder, choose Properties then Outlook Address Book. Is the box to Show this folder as an email address book checked?
For Android: Open phone Settings Applications Outlook Make sure Contacts is enabled. Then open the Outlook app and go to Settings tap on your account tap Sync Contacts. All your contacts will stay in sync, even if you make changes on your phone, from another device or from any web browser.
Adding Contacts to an Existing Group: Click on Add Members and choose From Address Book. Now enter the new users to be added to the Contact Group in the Members space again separated by semicolons. Then click ok to add them into the contact group.
Click the + sign next to add members. You can select users and click add then click OK. You can add them one at a time, or select multiple by holding the control or shift keys. After adding the users you want to the group click save.
Right-click a name, click Add to Outlook Contacts, and then Save. A person may also send you contact information in the form of a contact file or vCard. They look like this. If you want to add the information to your contacts, double-click the file to open it, and click Save Close.
In Outlook, choose File Account Settings Account Settings. Select the email account that you want to change, and then choose Change. You can change your name on the Account Settings screen. To change the name that displays when you send email, update the Your name field.
Choose the Contact tab. Select Edit contact. Make the changes you want.
