In this video tutorial, we will learn how to sign a PDF document with a certificate-based digital signature in docHub. To do this, first download docHub from its original website for free. To sign a document with a certificate-based digital signature, you need to obtain a digital ID which includes your name, email address, organization name, serial number, and expiration date. Digital IDs are used in docHub to sign documents. To add or create a digital ID, go to the edit menu, choose preferences, then signatures, and click on more for identities and trusted certificates. Select digital IDs and click add ID. You can also add a digital ID file if you already have one from your organization. To create a new digital ID, enter your name, department, organization name, and email address.
At DocHub, your data security is our priority. We follow HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR, and other standards, so you can work on your documents with confidence.
