today im going to show you how you can configure conditionally required fields in docHub lets get started my name is tom kalinowski im the director of technology and operations at iu20 today is october 22nd 2021 and this is episode number 87 of tech tips so were going to go over how you can create conditionally required fields in docHub so what that means is lets say you have a you have a document that you need to send out for signature and you have some text fields maybe you have some signature fields but not every field is required for every situation maybe some other field has to be filled out first prior to a signature being required so im going to show you how you can configure that today so lets uh load an example our created an example template so we first want to click on templates okay and then lets click on new and well go create template okay were going to uh name our template okay were going to upload a document you can upload any any document heres our pdf

Send a document for signature when multiple recipients use the same email address: From your web browser, create a room and insert the desired documents. From within the room, click the People tab. Click Add and either invite via email or your Network.
If you edit your CF7 form, you will see an additional tag called Conditional fields Group. Everything you put between the start and end tag will be hidden by default. After you have added the field group(s), go to the Conditional fields tab to create one or more conditions that will make the group(s) appear.
To add recipients from your Address book: Click the address book icon. Select the recipients you want to send the envelope to. Click Add. All the selected names are added with a Sign recipient Action.
You can customize a signature workflow to have a different set of recipients sign a document only if specific conditions are met. This feature, called conditional recipients, is one of a suite of eSignature platform features collectively known as Advanced Recipient Routing (ARR).
There are 3 primary roles in : Signers can sign documents, create and save signatures, and track the routing status of workflows in which they are identified as recipients.

Documentation Details With a collaborative field, all recipients on a document can make or change entries to the field. Optionally, changes made by one recipient can be rerouted to all recipients for review and approval.
In the properties panel, expand the Conditional Fields section and click Create Rule. Select the fields you want to show to the recipient when they trigger the rule. You can select as many fields as you like, of any type, as long as they are assigned to the same recipient as the trigger field.
