Its easy to create fillable PDF form in docHub. Open Acrobat. Select a file or scan a document. Add new form fields. To change existing text boxes or images, click Edit in the toolbar. Save your fillable PDF.
Use docHub Pro to edit PDFs You can download the free trial and use it to change text and other elements in a PDF file, including images. Open docHub Pro, and in the right pane, click Edit PDF. Select the file you want to edit, and open it. Make edits as needed, and when done, click Close.
Here are the detailed steps of using it to add checkbox to PDF: Open the docHub. Select Tools and then click Prepare Form under the Forms Signatures section. Select an existing PDF file that will be used as a template for the PDF form. Click the Add a check box icon from the menu.
To create an interactive PDF, youll need to follow these steps: Open your PDF (or create a new one) in Acrobat or a similar tool. To add buttons: Edit PDF Link Add/Edit Web or Document Link Menu Button. To add links: Edit PDF Link Add/Edit Web or Document Link.
To set a condition on a field in the drag-and-drop editing environment, right-click the field and select Edit, or double-click the field. The properties window opens for that field. Click Conditions to expand that section.
Choose Tools Edit PDF Link Add or Edit. The pointer becomes a crosshair, and any existing links in the document, including invisible links, are temporarily visible. 2. Drag a rectangle where you want to create a link.
Select Fill Sign on the right side of the screen. Choose the Add Text tool, which looks like an upper-case A next to a lower-case b. Click anywhere in the PDF where youd like to add text and start typing.
Create form fields Open the document in Acrobat and select Edit Prepare a form Create form to convert your document to a PDF form. Choose a form field from the left pane. On the page, select where you want to add the field to create a field with the default size. Place the field at your desired location.
If you cant type into a form field on a pdf, it may be due to a browsers default viewer for pdfs. Fillable forms require docHub or Acrobat Reader/Acrobat DC to fill them out online or on your computer. Many browsers use a different pdf viewer by default that doesnt support fillable form fields.
