In this video tutorial, Jewel Tolentino demonstrates how to add a checkbox in docHub. To begin, navigate to the prepare form section by clicking on the "more tools" tab. Once in that mode, click on the box with the check mark icon to add a checkbox to your form. You can customize the checkbox by adjusting its size and naming it. After previewing and clicking on the checkbox, it will be added to your form.
