i got you to click on this video because you wanted to also learn how you could put in this sweet little flag instead of your salesforce instance um i dont blame you because its pretty sweet to do its a nice visual representation of how you can reference something inside of salesforce and to boot i mean were all admins here were not trying to develop anything so what does that mean i dont need to get into anything as far as like apex or coding or adding an image or even static resources for that matter we have sample images all ready to go inside of salesforce all you got to do is know how to reference those within your formula so really cut and dry simply easy to do to add these little sample pictures that salesforce gives you and currently how this one is working inside of our highlights panel up here is we have a custom field that we created called case urgency it displays our image and its based upon whatever we edit over here on the priority so if we change this over to li
