hi welcome to the next in the series understanding and using excel this time well look at how to insert bullet points in cells now this is a bit different to microsoft word where i have a command in the ribbon which lets me insert bullet points but i can look till the cows come home folks up here in the ribbon and i will not see a command that lets me insert bullet points i can look all day theres a bit of a procedure involved it is not difficult and its just a matter of learning some keyboard strokes so lets see how it works here i see a cell that has three bullet points in it with some text thereafter and the way that i inserted those bullet points was to hold down the alt key on the numpad and press 0 149 that will insert a bullet point to enter another bullet point in the same cell i hold down the alt key and press enter then i repeat step one and i can insert as many bullet points as i need if youve inserted a bullet point remember not to press the enter key if you need anot
