Click the Add button at the top of the attachment navigation panel to open the Add Attachment dialog box. Use the Look in drop-down list and click on your computer files in the Attach a File dialog box to browse to find the file you have saved and want to attach to the open PDF document.
Alternatively, click the Extras panel icon on the right-hand side of the application window. Click the Paperclip icon to open the Attachments section.
Preferences for viewing PDFs The preferences settings control how the application behaves whenever you use it; they are not associated with any particular PDF document. To access the preferences dialog, choose Edit Preferences (Windows) or Acrobat / docHub Reader Preferences (macOS).
Use the Attachments panel to add, delete, or view attachments. Choose Tools Edit PDF More Attach File.
Its the rightmost menu option in the menu above your PDF and will drop down a menu. Click Attach File. Your file manager will open so you can find a file to attach to your PDF. Locate the file you want to attach and click Open.
To access an audio file, click on the attachments (paper clip) icon on the left side of the application. The panel will expand, double click the file to load it into a media player. If you do not see the attachments icon, see below. Attachments icon will appear on left side of page.
The most likely cause of a problem attaching a PDF file is the file size. Attachment may fail for any file larger than 2 mbs. There are different types of PDF, most importantly image only PDF and PDF with text. An image only type PDF is a much larger file.
