The label is usually the speakers name, role, or other identifying attributes. The speaker label should be followed by a colon and space. Also, capitalize each speaker label word.
When you cannot understand the audio at all, instead of guessing, you can mention [inaudible] or [unintelligible] in the transcriptions to indicate that part of the recording wasnt clear to transcribe. You could use symbols like - or . or write [several inaudible words] to indicate unclear sounds.
Just like conventional transcription is converting audio-recorded documents into written text. In handwriting transcription, the text is captured before it is converted. You can use your smartphone, scanner, smartphone, or smart pen to capture the handwritten text.
