you can create your own shapes using Med shapes in PowerPoint you can see multiple sets of two circle shapes overlapping each other you can overlap them using your mouse by dragging them closer select the two circle shapes you want to match them you can select multiple shapes at the same time if you can enclose them by holding the mouse button and dragging the mouse you can see both shapes are selected now click on shape format click on Med shapes click on Union PowerPoint merges both of them and creates one shape you can move it as one shape to wherever you want in the slide select the next set of two shapes using the mouse click on midships and this time click on combined PowerPoint merges both and creates one shape but removes the overlapping part select the next set of two shapes this time click on fragment power point creates a separate shape from the overlapping parts so now three shapes exist you can move the overlapping part as a separate shape to anywhere in the slide select
