well hello there today ive got a pretty cool template that i want to show you its called the excel running log this is just a simple template that allows you to log the time and distance of each run that you go on this is really nice because this gives you a picture of how youre progressing over time now to add your information to the running log template all you have to do is type in the date of your run add in how long you ran for in the form of hours minutes and seconds and finally type in the total distance that you covered as you can see once you add this information the template automatically calculates the pace column for you now right now its using the minute per mile metric but you can always change this to kilometers instead by going to settings and change the unit of measurement to kilometer once youve done that you can navigate back to the run log page and you can see that the metric has properly updated now as far as the notes column goes you can add any additional i
