hello everybody and thank you for joining me today i am jim carpenter with zen tech consultants i want to welcome all to our signing and ceiling pdf documents uh with bluebeam review so appreciate you guys being here a couple of housekeeping items before we get into the presentation uh because this is a public forum i do keep all the attendees uh telephones and microphones muted throughout um but if you guys have any questions or concerns you can type into the chat or the question box and youre you go to uh webinar control panel um and ill see those not going to take time to uh answer those in real time but i am allowing some time at the end of this presentation to catch up and do a little q a session so i will get to your questions i promise just type them in as we go all right so with that said lets go ahead and get into uh todays setup so uh for those of you who havent worked with us before were zen tech consultants and we are uh aec experts we really work with our clients in

Sign or Initial a PDF with docHub Open the PDF document or form in Acrobat or Reader, and click Fill Sign in the right pane. Click the Sign icon in the Fill Sign toolbar, and then choose whether you want to add your signature or just initials.

After you having selected a signature, click on the position where you would like to place the signature, then right-click on the newly added signature, choose Place on Multiple Pages. Option in pop-up context menu and set page range, click OK to apply.
Create new stamp: On the Review tab, in the Review Tools group, click the arrow below Stamp. Select Create New Stamp. In the Stamp title field, enter a name to identify your stamp. In the Content section, do one of the following: Specify other options for the appearance and size of the stamp. Click OK.
