This record is used to indicate to mail exchanges which hosts are authorized to send mail for a domain. TXT records should be used instead of the special SPF record type. This record proves ownership of a domain and can be used to associate services such as Microsoft 365 and G-Suite to a specific domain.
TXT records are a type of Domain Name System (DNS) record in text format, which contain information about your domain. TXT records also have information that helps external network servers and services handle outgoing email from your domain.

Go to your domains DNS settings page, which may be called something like Domain Name Management or Name Server Settings. Locate the TXT records form for your domain on this page.

CNAME is a standard DNS record that redirects your domains subdomain to another domain or hostname. This is its main and the only goal. The TXT record works in a different manner. The TXT record holds human and/or machine-readable text.
Right click on your domain name and select Other New Records to add a new TXT record. Scroll down and select Text (TXT) and click Create Record button.
