Talk a bit about the principles that were applying, and let you know what were doing. So Scotiabank has been around for almost 200 years. And so we have about 100,000 employees, about 10,000 in IT. And were the third biggest bank in Canada, and its Canadas most international bank, so were in the top three in a bunch of Latin American countries and the Caribbean. So we have a pretty heterogeneous environment.
