Most likely its a font compatibility problem. The fonts you use in a document (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), PDF files plus emails and web pages are NOT included when you send it off to someone else.
In Word, select the File Menu, and then select Open. In the Files of type box, select Recover Text from Any File(.). Select the document from which you want to recover the text. Select Open.
To open the Find pane from the Edit View, press Ctrl+F, or click Home Find. Find text by typing it in the Search the document for box.
To make the necessary settings to search in the text of the files, follow these steps: Open the folder you want to search in File Explorer, select the View menu and click the Options button. In the window that opens, click on the Search tab, select Always search file names and contents and click OK
