whats up world and welcome to North Star Entertainment my name is Jonathan in a todays video Ill be sharing with you a quick and easy method to overlay an animated gif over a still image using now first Ill go ahead and start up go up to file and import my background image with open as layers and Ill do the same with my animated gif as you can see this is a pretty large image and I do not need the gift to be so large so Ill hold down shift and click here next to the eyeball icon next to the on the layers this will link all of them together then Ill select the background image hold down shift and press S on my keyboard to scale and Ill set this to 800 pixels then scale then I can go to image and fit canvas the layers Ill hold down shift and click on the link again now that Ive scaled down my image we can go ahead and start before I move on I like to point out that you need at least one of your gift layers to be the size of the image now if you notice here on frame to actuall
