Simply visit the Acrobat online website and upload the files you want to merge. Reorder the files however you like and then click Merge files. After that, just download the merged PDF. This will combine all the JPGs-turned-PDFs into a single PDF you can easily share or view.
However, you cannot add image to PDF with Preview directly. You can only copy and paste your image to PDF with Preview.
You can quickly combine multiple files into a PDF right from your desktop or a Finder window. On your Mac, click the Finder icon in the Dock to open a Finder window. Select the files you want to combine into a PDF. Control-click the selected files, then choose Quick Actions Create PDF.
Do as follows: Open the image you want to paste in Preview. app. Select All (Command-A) Copy (Command-C) Paste (Command-V)
Go to the File menu and tap select Save As or Export. In the Save dialog box, there will be different file formats, so choose PDF. Select the desired PDF settings, such as image quality, compression, and encryption options. Choose a location to save the PDF file, give it a name, and click Save.
Open the PDF in Acrobat and then select Edit a PDF Image. In the dialog, select the image file you want to insert. Select where you want to insert the image or select drag to resize it as you insert. A copy of the image file appears on the page, with the same resolution as the original file.
