Import form data In Acrobat, open the PDF form you want to import data into. From the All tools menu, select Prepare a form. From the Prepare a form panel on the left: In the Select File Containing Form Data dialog box, select a format in File of Type that corresponds to the data file you want to import.
In Acrobat, open the completed form file. From the All tools menu, select Prepare a form and then from the left panel that opens, select Export data. In the Export Form Data As dialog box, select the format (FDF, XFDF, XML, or TXT) in which you want to save the form data.
Click the Fill Sign tool in the right pane. Fill out your form: Complete form filling by clicking a text field and typing or adding a text box. You can add checkmarks and fill in radio buttons too. Sign your form: Click Sign in the toolbar at the top of the page.
