Heres a list of simple steps to help you fill out a PDF Mac. Open any browser on your Mac computer. Drag and drop or select a fillable PDF file, and open it. Use the toolbar to fill in the form fields and add your PDF signature. Download the completed form to store or share it.
Open the document in the PDF editor. Select Tools Edit PDF Add Text. Drag the new text box to the preferred location. Add text to the box and choose the formatting options.
Select the file you want to edit from your device, Google Drive or Dropbox account. In the main toolbar, select the Add text button and type in the text box. Click on the text box to drag and drop it to its correct position.
Create form fields Open the document in Acrobat and select Edit Prepare a form Create form to convert your document to a PDF form. Choose a form field from the left pane. On the page, select where you want to add the field to create a field with the default size. Place the field at your desired location.
Please Open PDF form file in Foxit PDF Editor or Foxit PDF Reader,choose Form tab Import navigate to where the desired CSV format file is, select it, and press Open. You will be prompted that the form data has been imported successfully.
From the All tools menu, select Prepare a form. From the Prepare a form panel on the left: Select Clear form. Select Import data.

From the Prepare a form panel on the left: In the Select File Containing Form Data dialog box, select a format in File of Type that corresponds to the data file you want to import.
Click the Fill Sign tool in the right pane. Fill out your form: Complete form filling by clicking a text field and typing or adding a text box. You can add checkmarks and fill in radio buttons too. Sign your form: Click Sign in the toolbar at the top of the page.
