Hi everyone, Kevin here. Today I want to show you how you can edit a PDF file entirely for free. Its not going to cost you anything. Now, I dont know about you, but one of the most annoying things is you have a PDF file, and you need to make a quick edit to it, or you need to insert a signature, and it turns out you have to get an app. Now most apps out there put a watermark on when you make edits or if you go for the official docHub app, it costs $14.99 per month. Luckily, there are some fantastic apps out there that let you edit PDFs, and they dont charge anything. Now, I had four different criteria that I looked for in a PDF editor. First off, I wanted it to be free or if it wasnt free, I wanted it to be an app that I already have. The second, I didnt want it to insert any watermarks, third I wanted to be able to edit, and fourth, I wanted to be able to insert a signature, and luckily there were a few apps that could do that, and today Im going

Navigate to iLovePDFs Edit PDF tool. Select the file you want to edit from your device, Google Drive or Dropbox account. In the main toolbar, select the Add text button and type in the text box. Click on the text box to drag and drop it to its correct position.
Embedding fonts in your pdf file allows anyone who opens your file to see the document as you intended. If you dont embed a font, the pdf viewer will substitute a font if it is not available on the computer viewing the document, and the result usually isnt what you intended.
Embedding fonts ensures that all of the font information used to make your document look the way it does is stored in the PDF file. So, no matter what fonts a balloter (or reader) has on their computer, theyll be able to see the file as you intended it to be seen.
To attach a file, go to Insert Attach File in PDF. To embed a file, go to Insert Embed File in PDF. Browse to and select the file that you want to insert, and click Select on the Select File dialog.
Upload a PDF using the Insert Pages tool and sign in to Acrobat online. Use your cursor to select the desired insertion point, and then select the file or files you want to add from the resulting dialog box. Once the files are added, you can drag and drop the PDF pages to reorder them.
Attach or embed files To attach a file, go to Insert Attach File in PDF. To embed a file, go to Insert Embed File in PDF. Browse to and select the file that you want to insert, and click Select on the Select File dialog. The following screenshot shows attached and embedded files in a source document: Figure 1.
To embed the fonts that are not already embedded, go to File Print. Bring up the docHub PDF settings and properties, then docHub PDF settings. Embed your font. Edit the default settings and navigate to Font, click the Embed all fonts option.
If you are using docHub to create your PDF then the latest versions will automatically embed any suitable fonts. In earlier versions you can turn this on or off, so make sure you have this ticked (see the diagram below). Also check that the fonts you are using are listed in the Font Source.
Insert one PDF into another Open the PDF that serves as the basis of the combined file. Choose Tools Organize Pages. In the secondary toolbar, choose Insert From File. Select the PDF you want to insert and click Open.
To check that your fonts are embedded in docHub, go to File on the top menu and select Properties then select the Fonts tab, this will list the font used in the document. You want to check that they are either (Embedded) or (Embedded Subset).
