How to annotate PDF files: Open a PDF in Acrobat and select the Comment tool. Add PDF annotations to your file. You can add text boxes and sticky notes, underline text, strikethrough content, highlight text, and more. Save your file.
Open the PDF file with docHub. Click the Tools, Sign or Comment tab to display the options list. Select the markup tools. For example, click the Tools tab, select Add Text in the Content Editing section, click and drag on the document to size a text box and then enter your markup text.
Open the Stamps palette Select All tools View more Add a stamp. In Acrobat Home, select See all tools. Select Add a stamp in the Share and review section.
Select the stamp you want to copy from the stamp library. Click on the Copy button located next to the stamp you selected. Move your cursor to the area where you want to apply the copied stamp. Click on the document to place the copied stamp.
Select the highlighter tool from the horizontal toolbox located at the top of the PDF editor. Select your highlight colour. You can use different colours to highlight different areas depending on your needs. Click and drag the cursor to select the text area to highlight, releasing when youve finished.
Heres how to do it: Open your document in Google Docs. Select Insert from the top menu bar. Click Image Upload from computer. Import the picture of the future PDF stamp. Resize and position your stamp as desired, then save your PDF with the newly added image.
Heres how to use the Strikethrough Text tool on a PDF file: Open your PDF in docHub online services. Select Tools, then Comment. This will bring up the Comment Toolbar. Choose the tool. The T with a line through it indicates the Strikethrough Text tool. Apply. Drag your cursor over the text you want to mark.
In order to view the Comment Markup toolbar in Acrobat 7-8, go to the menu bar, select View, scroll down to Toolbars, and click on Comment Markup. The toolbar will then be displayed. In Acrobat 9 and later, the Comment toolbar is located on the top right of your window. Below are the icons of the markup tools.
