Most people add a time stamp to a PDF using their PDF editor of choice. Solutions such as Foxit PDF, Smallpdf, PDF Element, and docHub Reader/Acrobat all have either a stamping or signing tool that inserts the current date or time on use.
How to Highlight Text in PDF Open your PDF with the PDF Annotator tool. Select the Highlight option in the toolbar. Customize the highlight color and opacity. Add highlights over the desired PDF text. Download your file when youre done.
Draw on any PDF document. Launch Acrobat and select File Open to bring up your PDF. Select Comment from the menu bar on the right. Select the marker icon in the Comment toolbar to activate the Draw Free Form tool. Draw on the PDF. Once youre finished, save your PDF.

Highlight your PDF document online. Select the highlighter tool from the horizontal toolbox located at the top of the PDF editor. Select the desired color of your highlighter tool. Click and drag the cursor to select the text area to highlight, releasing when youve finished.
