How do you add a comment and Markup bar to a PDF?

To add comments to PDF files in docHub, simply open the document, click the options menu () in the upper right corner of the toolbar, then click Add Comments. You can also right-click directly on the PDF for the option to quickly Add Sticky Note, or Use Drawing Tool.

How do I add a box to comments in PDF?

Click the T icon in the toolbar to create a new text box. Click the text box to select it. You can type in text, drag the corners to adjust the size, or move the text box to a new spot on the PDF.

Why cant I highlight text in a PDF?
