Solution 1: Enable the Show checkbox preference Go to Edit Preferences (in Windows), or Acrobat Preferences (in macOS). The preferences dialog box is displayed. In the Commenting category, select Show Checkbox under Making Comments. Click OK.
Select the highlighter tool from the horizontal toolbox located at the top of the PDF editor. Select your highlight colour. You can use different colours to highlight different areas depending on your needs. Click and drag the cursor to select the text area to highlight, releasing when youve finished.
Insert images into a PDF Open the PDF in Acrobat and then choose Edit Image. In the dialog, select the image file you want to insert. Select where you want to insert the image or select drag to resize it as you insert. A copy of the image file appears on the page, with the same resolution as the original file.
How to annotate PDF files: Open a PDF in Acrobat and select the Comment tool. Add PDF annotations to your file. You can add text boxes and sticky notes, underline text, strikethrough content, highlight text, and more. Save your file.
For help you may press the F1 key while viewing a form. button in the upper right hand corner of the menu bar of the PDF form. After clicking this button the Fillable Fields within the form will be highlighted in a light blue color which will allow you to enter your information within these fields.
Click and drag the cursor to select the area of text you want to highlight. A small toolbox will appear above your text. Select the highlighter tool icon and it will automatically highlight your selected text. To modify, click on the highlighted area, and a new toolbox will appear.
How to Highlight Text in PDF Open your PDF with the PDF Annotator tool. Select the Highlight option in the toolbar. Customize the highlight color and opacity. Add highlights over the desired PDF text. Download your file when youre done.
Choose Tools Text Tool. Select the text you want to highlight. Choose Notes Circle, Notes Box, Notes Highlight, Notes Underline, or Notes Strike Out. You may drag circle and box highlights in the document until the highlight is located where you want and has the size you want.
