Start the docHub Acrobat application and open a PDF file with the bookmarks using File Open menu. Select Plug-Ins Bookmarks Sort Sort Pages to open the Sorting Pages dialog. Click OK to sort pages. The order of pages will be changed to conform to the order they appear in the bookmark tree.
Highlight your PDF document online. Select the highlighter tool from the horizontal toolbox located at the top of the PDF editor. Select the desired color of your highlighter tool. Click and drag the cursor to select the text area to highlight, releasing when youve finished.
If you highlight a bookmark, you can indent it with ALT-right, and undo that indent with ALT-left.
Choose View Tools Pages to open the Tools panel. Click the Split Document button. Select Split document by: Top-level bookmarks and click on OK.
Open your PDF to the page you wish to bookmark in Acrobat. Click View Tools Content Editing. In the Tools Pane, click Add Bookmark, or click the Options menu in the Bookmarks Navigation Panel. Choose New Bookmark.
To do this: Select and double-click the bookmark that you want to rename. The Bookmark dialog opens, with the bookmarks in that topic listed. In the ID (New bookmark) field, type a new name for the bookmark. Click Update. This changes the bookmark name in the topic. Click Save.
How to annotate PDF files: Open a PDF in Acrobat and select the Comment tool. Add PDF annotations to your file. You can add text boxes and sticky notes, underline text, strikethrough content, highlight text, and more. Save your file.
It is recommended that bookmarks to subsidiary documents be nested below the bookmark for the principal document. To do this, click and hold the title of the bookmark to the subsidiary document. Drag the bookmark for the subsidiary document over the bookmark for the principal document and release the cursor.
