Open all the PDF documents to be combined. Go to Home Create, then click Combine All. In the Combine Files dialog box edit and order the list of source files like as it is described in Create Assistant. Select Add filenames as Bookmarks to build a Table of Contents from the filenames. Click to start PDF creation.
Named Destinations are special kinds of bookmarks or links in PDF that do not depend on PDF pages. It means, if pages are added or deleted from PDF, bookmarks may become invalid but named destinations will remain intact.
An outline is an optional component of a PDF document, useful for viewing the structure of the document and for navigating within it. Outlines are created by the documents author. If you represent a PDF document outline using outline objects, the root of the hierarchy is obtained from the PDF document itself.
Outlines (sometimes also called bookmarks) are shown in a the PDF viewer aside of the page, allowing for navigation within the document.
Select the text you want to highlight. Choose Notes Circle, Notes Box, Notes Highlight, Notes Underline, or Notes Strike Out. You may drag circle and box highlights in the document until the highlight is located where you want and has the size you want.
After searching the web, I found that there are 2 type of bookmark in pdf. first is normal bookmark, with Set Destination option when you right-click on the bookmark. You create this by Ctrl+B. second is tagged bookmark, without the Set Destination option.
A bookmark in a PDF is like a link to a specific document section. With bookmarks, you can easily navigate through pages by simply clicking the bookmark links on the side of the page instead of scrolling.
How to add bookmarks to a PDF Click the Bookmarks button on the left of the screen. Scroll to the page you want to bookmark and use the Select tool to choose the area where you want it placed. The bookmark will be added to the list on the left of the screen.
