Hi Everyone, this is Sharon. Lets make an electronic signature on our Mac using Preview. We can use this signature to sign PDFs and other documents. Open Preview by clicking on Launchpad or using Spotlight Search. Then click on Tools, Annotate, Signature, Manage Signatures to create your electronic signature using the Trackpad.

Why cant I see digital signature in PDF?

If you created your digital signature (digital ID) in docHub, the file will not appear in docHub Reader and vice versa. To view the digital signature in docHub, you need to make docHub your default program for opening PDFs.

Click on the Signature Properties button to check signature properties. In the signature Properties window click Show Signers Certificate button. Following screen will be displayed once you click on it. Initially you will get the summary of the Digital Signature in the certificate viewer window.
