At the very end, I'll show you a bonus trick. It's somewhat of a hidden feature that allows you to email a PDF of your presentation with just one click. All right, let's check this out. Here I am in Microsoft PowerPoint and to turn this presentation into a PDF, let's go up to the top left-hand corner and click on the file menu. Within file, let's go down to the export option. At the top of export, you'll see the option for PDF/XPS. That's the one we want, so let's click on create. This opens up a prompt where you can specify where you want to save your PDF.
