Customize a column chart On your computer, open a spreadsheet in Google Sheets. Double-click the chart you want to change. At the right, click Customize. Choose an option: Chart style: Change how the chart looks. Chart axis titles: Edit or format title text.
Delete a row or column Select a row or column that you want to delete. Press Backspace, or select the Table Tools Layout tab Delete, and then select an option. Note: In Excel, select a row or column that you want to delete, right-click and select Delete , and choose the option you want.

Delete content from a chart You dont have to recreate your chart if you want to remove some information from it, such as a column or line. Click the object you want to remove from the chart. Press Delete on your keyboard.
If you look in Help Specifications and limits, you will see that (a) there is a limit of 255 data series in a chart and (b) the number of data points for all data series in one chart is limited to 256,000.
Highlight the two columns you want to include in your scatter plot. Then, go to the Insert tab of your Excel menu bar and click on the scatter plot icon in the Recommended Charts area of your ribbon. Select Scatter from the options in the Recommended Charts section of your ribbon.
