To rotate a page in Foxit Phantom and save it, ensure that the Home tab is selected. You will find the Rotate Pages button there, which allows you to rotate the page left or right by 90 degrees with each click. For larger PDF files, you can use the Multi-page Rotate button. It's important to use the Rotate Pages button and not the Rotate View button, as the latter does not allow you to save the changes. If the Save button is grayed out, it means the changes were not saved. However, using the Rotate Pages button enables you to save the PDF, and even if you close and reopen it, the rotation is correctly saved.
