This video tutorial demonstrates how to disable printing in a PDF document to protect its content. Open Windows Explorer, right-click on the PDF file, and choose "Make Secure PDF." In the PDF writer, navigate to the printing and viewing tab and ensure that the allowed printing checkbox is deselected. Click publish to confirm the protection status, which is successful if a window appears. The protected document will now have a .pdc extension and can only be opened using Lock Lizard Secure PDF Viewer. Printing is disabled, as confirmed by the greyed-out print icon in the viewer.
