How do I share a Formstack form?

Once you choose your share level and click OK, click Share Link or RSS Link. The link will automatically be copied to your clipboard (use Command-C if youre using Safari) so you can share it with anyone youd like to have access to your submissions - even people who arent Formstack account users.

How do I save a Formstack as a PDF?

Exporting your Formstack submissions or a specific submissions report to a PDF is super simple. In your forms Submissions tab, you will see two dropdown menus at the bottom of the screen. The first menu allows you to choose whether you want all submissions or selected submissions to export to PDF.

How do I export from Formstack?

To export all submitted data, go into the Form Submissions, then locate the Export All menu at the top right of the table and choose your export output (CSV, Excel, or RTF). When you choose your desired format another box will come up asking if you would like to add any other email addresses to receive the export.
