To send certified mail, you need a certified mail form and a return receipt. Contact University Prints and Mail Services for these supplies. Fill out the certified mail form and place it on the envelope. Leave space for postage on the top right corner. Write the delivery address and school name on the form. Address the front of the return receipt with the recipient's details and check "certified mail." Address the back with the return address for the receipt.
