How do you create an online form? Create a new form. Regardless of your form builder, youll start by creating a new form. Edit and format your new form. Next, youll edit your form by adding fields. Test your form. Double-check to ensure your form works on multiple web browsers and devices. Send or publish your form.
Heres how you can do it: Go to your Google Drive and click on the Shared with me tab on the left side of the screen. This will show you a list of all the Google Forms that have been shared with you. To see the responses to a particular form, click on the forms name to open it.
If you want to share a form through a chat or email message, you can get a link to the form. Open a form in Google Forms. In the top right, click Send. At the top of the window, click Link . To copy the link that appears, click Copy or press Ctrl + c (Windows) or ⌘ + c (Mac) on your keyboard.
The answer is both yes and no. If you dont add any identifying information to the form itself, then your respondents will remain anonymous. However, if you include questions that ask for personal information or email addresses, then those responses will be tied to specific individuals.
With an anonymous survey, theres no way to track a response back to the participant, so its important to first determine whether this is the type of survey you need.

The easiest way to find the owner of a form is to search for it by name or by searching for the response sheet that is linked to it. The sheet name is typically (but not always) the same as the form name with (Responses) appended to the end.
