Hi everyone, Kevin here. Today I want to show you how you can create your very own fillable form using Microsoft Word. First off, what is a fillable form? You can have people go in and fill out a form, but they wont be able to edit the questions or the structure of the form. You can use things like check boxes, text fields, drop down lists, date pickers, to build your form. Once someones finished completing your form, they can e-mail it back, they could print it out, or you could even connect it to a database. Connecting to a database is outside of the scope of todays tutorial. Its kind of like an docHub PDF form, but its Microsofts version of it. Format text Select the text you want to format. To select a single word, double-click it. To select a line of text, click to the left of it. Select an option to change the font, font size, font color, or make the text bold, italic, or underline.

Find and Replace Text Formatting Click the Replace button on the Home tab. Click More to expand the dialog box. Click the Format button. Select the type of formatting you want to replace. Specify the formatting you want to replace and click OK. Click in the Replace With field. Click the Format button again.
