hello Manny here with all-in-one devices so weve gotten this question before from a few people in regards to pizza wheel dots on your printouts so you can either get ink dots which are caused by these wheels as you can see here or if the situation progresses you can even get perforations on your page cause caused by these wheels so there is an easy way to fix this basically what happens is ink from your printouts gets on these wheels and it tightens up this area the area gets when the ink dries it tightens it up and it does not allow for the wheels to move up as they should when your page goes through so Ill show you how to fix this you need two items you need some card or thin cardboard okay its about I would say its about two millimeters in thickness okay just a piece this one here just to give you a its about two and a half inches wide and maybe about six or seven inches long and youll need some printhead cleaner if you dont have pretty hair cleaner I know not all of you do
