hi and its Lisa and I have here outside the book assignment Oh - and you were pointing out that some odd things were happening with your durations and dates and they just couldnt be fixed with normal means and what I want to show you and Ive seen this before I want to point out that in your Gantt chart and moving this over here there are dots preceding some of the bars and Ive seen this before Im not sure how you got that or what you did to get that it could be a number of things but I want to show you how to fix it so in order to fix it what you need to do is zero out your durations you cant just delete them but you can turn them to zero and then retype them so fright right here we have one 31 if I type zero zero zero and this is just saying hey theres a faster way you could drag it down but I just want to type each one and then you go back and type one three one notice the bars are recreated and there are no dots there and everything should be fine other things I noticed this
