hey everybody it is angelina here at indysoft and i am coming at you again with the tip tuesday video this time going through an issue that you may encounter when using an image in your certificate report or another type of report and im going to show you this example running through my calibration event and i believe everything is all good so i will just finish this off and i got this pop-up on my other screen saying report error the soft background printer encountered an error when creating certificate standard report at so-and-so so my event was marked incomplete and it says cannot generate report invalid image so as a user you see this and you dont know exactly what could be going on but a majority of the time what is happening is the image type is not matching up to what it needs to be so let me show you an example on my standard certificate and let me just open up my print builder here and if youre not familiar with how to open print builder it should most likely be on your h
