hi and in todays tutorial Im going to show you how to fit your text anywhere in your document now that might be fitting your text on a low amount of pages from say three pages to two pages or you might just want a little bit of text in your document somewhere placed or several pieces of text so the first thing Im going to do is to show you how to get all of this text onto just these two pages and theres a variety of different ways to do that so the first way if we just select everything just press command or control and a to select all of your text and then the first quick and easy way is simply to go up to your font size and reduce the font size so if we go down to 10 were currently at 12. if we get it down to 10 you can see thats reduced it to two pages we could probably do it to 10.5 and weve got that text down to two pages now what you might see is theres a large gap at the bottom which you might think well actually some of this text up here c

Print a sheet to fit the page width On the Page Layout tab, select Page Setup. On the Page tab, select the Fit To check box.
On the Page Layout menu (Windows), select the Reduce/Enlarge Document check box, and then select By Output Paper Size. Click the Fit to Page button on the Layout dialog box (Macintosh). Under By Output Paper Size on the Page Layout menu (Windows), select the paper size that you loaded in your printer.
