Cause of Notifications Not Showing up on Android Do Not Disturb or Airplane Mode is on. Either system or app notifications are disabled. Power or data settings are preventing apps from retrieving notification alerts. Outdated apps or OS software can cause apps to freeze or crash and not deliver notifications.
Perform the following: For Android users (taking EMUI 9.0 as an example): Go to Settings Notifications, select apps you want to receive notifications from, enable Allow notifications and Display in status bar, Banners, and set Lock screen notifications to Show.
Open your phones Settings app, then select Notifications. Select Notifications (Lock Screen) Turn on Show Preview. Choose Show alerting and silent notifications. On some phones, choose Show all notification content.
System notifications On your Android phone, open the Settings app. Tap Apps notifications. Notifications. Tap App notifications. Find the app you want to check, and tap the app name. Make sure that your notifications are turned On.
Check the Notification settings for your watch. To check this, open the Galaxy Wearable app on the connected phone, then tap Watch settings, and then tap Notifications. Tap See all notification settings or More, and then verify the switch next to the features are turned on.
If your phone is set to Do Not Disturb mode, your watch wont receive notifications from your phone. Make sure Do Not Disturb mode is turned off. On your iPhone, open the Settings app. Tap Do Not Disturb and then turn it off.
Option 1: In your Settings app Open your phones Settings app. Tap Apps notifications. Notifications. Under Recently Sent, tap an app. Tap a type of notification. Choose your options: Choose Alerting or Silent. To see a banner for alerting notifications when your phone is unlocked, turn on Pop on screen.
Open your phones Settings app, then select Notifications. Select Notifications (Lock Screen) Turn on Show Preview. Choose Show alerting and silent notifications. On some phones, choose Show all notification content.
Heres how: On your Android phone, open the Settings app. Tap Apps notifications. Notifications. Tap App notifications. Find the app you want to check, and tap the app name. Make sure that your notifications are turned On.
Turn off activity notifications Go to Settings Notifications Fitness. Tap Fitness Notification Settings, then turn off Daily Coaching.
