On the worksheet, select the cell where you want to create a link. On the Insert tab, select Hyperlink. You can also right-click the cell and then select Hyperlink on the shortcut menu, or you can press Ctrl+K. Under Display Text:, type the text that you want to use to represent the link.
ALT + F9 (to show the hyperlinks)
Heres how: Click the cell with the hyperlink. On the Home tab, right-click the Hyperlink style and pick Modify. In the Style box, click Format. Click Font, choose your formatting options and click OK. Click OK to close the Style box.
To edit a hyperlink in Excel, first select the cell that contains the hyperlink. Then, click the Edit Hyperlink button on the Insert tab of the ribbon. In the Edit Hyperlink dialog box, make the desired changes to the hyperlink address, display text, or both. When youre finished making changes, click OK.
Solution: Double-click the cell or press F2 to enter the edit mode, go to the end of the URL and press the Space key. Excel will convert a text string into a clickable hyperlink.
Instead, if you have to wrap the URL to a new line, find a natural break like a slash, number sign, or other symbol, or if you must, in the middle of a long string of letters or numbers. Use common sense: dont break a URL right after a period or readers might think the period marks the end of the sentence.
In Excel: Select all cells that contain hyperlinks, or press Ctrl+A to select all cells. Right-click, and then click Remove Hyperlinks.
Create a link to a web page On a worksheet, select the cell where you want to create a link. On the Insert tab, select Hyperlink. Under Display Text:, type the text that you want to use to represent the link. Under URL:, type the complete Uniform Resource Locator (URL) of the webpage you want to link to. Select OK.
