Contact us
In the originating application, click the File option, and then select the Print option. In the Print dialog box, expand the PDF menu, and then select the Mail PDF option. The document is converted to PDF and attached to a new email message.
Choose File Print. Click the down arrow of the PDF pop-up menu, then do one of the following: Save the PDF to iCloud Drive: Choose Save to iCloud Drive. Send the PDF via email: Choose Send in Mail, type an email address in the To field, enter a message if you want, then click Send.
Send files in emails In the Mail app on your Mac, open the message youre writing. Click the Attachment button in the toolbar. Locate a file, select it, then click Choose File.
Open a PDF document in Acrobat. Click the Fill Sign tool in the right pane. Fill out your form: Complete form filling by clicking a text field and typing or adding a text box.
Open a PDF in Acrobat on your Mac. Select the Share With Others icon in the top toolbar. Share your file by either adding an email address or AirDropping it to a nearby device.
Email the easiest way to send PDF documents Simply upload your PDF document as an attachment to your mail message, click send, et voila! Bear in mind, however, that some email services have file size limitations. For example, the limit if you have a Gmail account is 25 MB, and for Microsoft Outlook its 20 MB.
Heres a list of simple steps to help you fill out a PDF Mac. Open any browser on your Mac computer. Drag and drop or select a fillable PDF file, and open it. Use the toolbar to fill in the form fields and add your PDF signature. Download the completed form to store or share it.
