Lock the Picture with the Cell in Excel Here are the steps to lock a picture in a cell: Right-click on the picture and select Format Picture. In the Format Picture pane, select Size Properties and with the options in Properties, select Move and size with cells.
Select the column or row that you want to freeze, go to the View tab on the toolbar up top, and hover over Freeze. This will present many options for you to choose from on how to freeze select portions of your screen.
You can insert any image into any cell in Google Sheets in just a few steps. To insert an image into a Google Sheets cell: Open your sheet and select an empty cell. Click Insert in the menu, then hover over the Image sub-menu.

While youre in the Google Doc, go to File Share Publish to web.Publish to the web Youll get a pop-up window with a link to the web page. Copy the link. In a new tab or page in your browser, paste the link and hit Return. Now you can just right-click on any image you want and save it to your device.
Insert an Image Using the Google Sheets Image in Cell Option Select the cell in which you want to insert the image in a cell in Google Sheets. Click the Insert option in the menu. Hover the cursor over the Image option. Click on the Image in cell option.
Please right-click the image and choose Size and Properties, then make sure that the Locked checkbox is checked.
